My husband and I were referred to Chris 8 years ago as new homeowners. Chris walked us through the process and guided us to a property that was an excellent investment, truly a great area for us, and paid off when we were ready to sell. When ready to look to buy again, we reached for Chris’s number and email once more. He did FaceTime showings with us so we didn’t have to travel in and out of town, actively screened listings to make sure we didn’t miss out on good upcoming opportunities, and then got us the first place we put an offer in on! If that wasn’t enough, once we close on the house he lined up contractors for all of the remodeling we wanted done and even found us a lawn service! Couldn’t recommend more highly.
